Our Story

Cody and Gracyn Timm are the husband/wife duo behind Timm + Co, establishing their company in 2023. They became an award-winning build + design team by bringing together the knowledge and expertise in their previous fields, and pairing it with their passion for building one-of-one homes centered on their unwavering standards. They brought the dream of Timm + Co to life through the pursuit of what they call the “treasured home”.

Cody’s family background in the building industry helped pave the way for success as the Head of Construction for Timm + Co, and he has built an excellent team to best execute the designs and visions his clients have for their treasured home. His executions have marked him as one to watch in the Columbus area and have made the Timm + Co reputation stand out among competitors. His friendly approach and attention to the details have built trust with his clients and make the building process more enjoyable.

Gracyn has received recognition as Head of Design locally and on social media for her modern but timeless interior visions, intentional and custom details and finishes, and truly making the home tailored to her clients’ lives. Working and collaborating closely with the build team makes her visions seamlessly come to life at the standard she expects. As Head of Marketing, she has cultivated a clear and striking brand image that is now recognizable to many in the building industry throughout Columbus.

SO WHAT MADE EPIC...

2010

Bob and Joe combined their experience and began what would become the first version of Epic. Epic Home Transformations grew from a simple idea to serve homeowners with honesty, craftsmanship, and steady hands. It was the beginning of a story shaped by trust and commitment to doing good work.

Susan joined the team and helped guide the company into it’s next chapter as Epic Group Ohio. The shift brought clearer structure, stronger leadership, and a renewed focus on serving clients with intention. It became a defining moment that strengthened the foundation of who the team was becoming.

As 2020 reshaped the world, the company took the moment to step back and evaluate how it wanted to move forward. A full rebrand emerged from that season and gave Epic a more modern, elevated presence that better reflected the quality of the work. The transition marked a significant evolution in how the brand presented itself to clients and the community.

Timm and Co entered the scene In 2023 when Gracyn and Cody launched their own design-forward construction company. Their approach centered on clarity, thoughtful communication, and creating a seamless client experience from start to finish. The brand quickly became known for its fresh perspective and intentional, detail-oriented process.

Cody and Gracyn met Bob, Joe, and Susan and began the journey of merging Timm and Co with Epic Group Ohio. After aquiring Epic Group, the Timms felt the new direction came with a perfect opportunity to rename and rebrand, creating a clearer identity that respected the history of Epic Group and the vision they built through Timm and Co. This moment blended the two stories into one path forward.

2010
